Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do you cancel a ticket purchase before you pay? For example, what if I realize I've made a mistake halfway through the ticket purchase process.

A: If you reserve a ticket, but do not process it for payment (meaning that you do not get far enough in the process to click the Proceed to Checkout button), the reservation will expire when the reservation period is over. So, if you need to cancel a ticket order before paying, just do not continue the process and the order will cancel automatically. You can leave that order "hanging" and start the ticket purchase process all over again to make the correct ticket order.

Q: What identification is required to pick up a ticket from Will Call?

A: Each organization may require different forms of identification. Contact the venue before you go to the event. Or, save yourself the hassle and print the tickets if you can.

Q: Whom do I contact if I lose my season ticket card? Can I obtain a replacement?

A: If you lose your season ticket card, contact your box office. They will disable the lost card and issue you a new one.

Q: How can I receive a tax credit for tickets I have donated to a non-profit organization?

A: After you donate tickets, TicketReturn™ sends the donation information to the non-profit organization. They, in turn, send you an official notice of donation that you can use when you file taxes.
