Requests for tickets go through a lottery process. If your request is granted, you will receive an email notification. During a Claim or On-Demand phase, you can claim your tickets on the Georgia Tech Student Ticketing Web site by following these steps.
NOTE: If you claim a student ticket and later determine that you cannot attend the game, please cancel your claim. Claiming a ticket and neither using nor canceling it may result in the loss of Loyalty Points.
Click Request/claim tickets. A page appears asking you to select a sport.
Select the type of game for which you want to claim tickets and click Show Schedule. A list of upcoming events appears.
Click the event for which you want to claim a ticket. The Reserve Tickets page appears.
Enter the number of student tickets and student
guest tickets (if available) you want.
NOTE: Student guest tickets will be available for football games
only when ticket supply is greater than ticket demand for an event.
Click Continue.
If you reserved guest tickets, a page appears with payment information.
Enter your credit card information. (If you did not reserve guest tickets,
a page appears confirming that you have ownership of the student ticket
and you can skip to step 7.)
NOTE: Student guest tickets are non-refundable.
Click Confirm Ticket Purchase. A page appears confirming that you have ownership of the tickets.
To print your tickets, click Print
Your Tickets. A page appears listing all the tickets you own. Click
the Print Ticket button for a
ticket. A page appears displaying the ticket. Use your Web browser's print
commands to print the ticket. (For example, in Internet Explorer, from
the File menu, you would click
Print.) Do not attempt to print
the ticket until it appears on your screen.
NOTE: Only one ticket can be scanned at the gate. After that,
other copies will not be valid.
To print another ticket, use your browser's back button and repeat the printing procedure.
