Changing Your Password

1. Click Student information. The West Virginia Student Information page appears.

2. Enter the new password in the Password box and enter the new password again in the Password Confirmation box.

3. To receive a password reminder, click the Security Phrase arrow and select the question you want to be asked. This is the question you must answer before the system tells you your password. Then, enter the answer to the question in the Answer box.

4. Click Update.
