MEN'S BASKETBALL STUDENT GUEST TICKETS
University of Virginia students who have paid the student activity fee will have the opportunity to purchase up to three (3) Student Guest tickets for select home men's basketball games during the 2008-09 season.
Student Guest tickets will be available for purchase online only through the SHOTS system (www.uvashots.com). Student Guest tickets may be purchased after the student ticket request period for each home men's basketball game and once student tickets have entered the on-demand phase. If students have not requested all of the available tickets for a home men's basketball game, Student Guest tickets will be available for purchase during the initial claim period. If more students request tickets than are available for a home game, student guest tickets will not be available for purchase until after the initial claim period and the subsequent second claim period. If student tickets remain after the second claim period, Student Guest tickets will be available for purchase during the claim on-demand phase.
Ticket prices for each game are listed below:
North Carolina, Virginia Tech, Maryland - $35 Xavier, Florida State, Boston College, Clemson, Miami, Wake Forest - $30 South Florida, Auburn - $20 VMI, Radford, Liberty, Longwood, Hampton, Brown - $15 Shepherd (exh.) - $10
Student Guest tickets will be assigned to the entry group of the student who purchases the tickets. The ticket price is the same as public single game tickets. A $3 service fee is added to the price of each ticket to offset the cost of online ticket sales.
For a complete student request period and claim period schedule for 2008-09 Virginia men's basketball home games, click the "2008-09 Men's Basketball Registration Schedule" link on the left side of the page.
